Synopsis:

The Grudge (2004) is a remake of a Japanese horror film about Karen Davis, a young American woman who takes a caretaking job for an elderly woman in Tokyo. When Karen arrives at the house, she discovers a horrifying truth – the house is haunted by the vengeful spirit of Kayako Saeki, a woman who was brutally murdered there. As the terrifying truth unfolds, Karen realizes she must confront the vengeful spirit to break the curse.  But can she overcome the grudge that chills those who dare enter the haunted house?
